Our suite of apps reach an expanding audience of coaches, enabling them to improve their planning, analysis, and athletes’ performance on the field, court, or other competition stage.

  • Grow our Marketplace - developing features to drive engagement and conversions
  • Build our marketing website and other marketing web properties
  • Review code written by team members to help ensure high quality, performant code
  • Support our Sales and Marketing by maintaining a high quality service


  • Bachelors in Computer Science or STEM degree, OR demonstrable experience
  • 2-5 years development experience
  • Great communications skills
  • JavaScript experience, with React preferred
  • PHP, or similar experience preferred, with good knowledge of object oriented design and common OO practices
  • A working understanding of RESTful APIs
  • Strong drive for problem solving and data driven decision making
  • A passion for learning and growing as a software engineer


  • A solid understanding of user experience design
  • A solid understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization
  • Experience with MySQL, React, SCSS, Git, Optimizely, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, MailChimp
