As the #1 Strength and Conditioning software in the market, we are continually looking for ways enhance our products’ functionality and deliver more value to our hard working coaches and athletes. We are seeking Product Performance and Quality Analyst to test our products and make them rock-solid.
Authentic. This role demands a high degree of domain expertise. The right candidate boasts at least a couple years of experience as a strength coach, understands intimately the problems our products solve and cares deeply for our passionate coaches and athletes.
A lover of tech with the skills to prove it. Within this role, you need to think technically, but not necessarily have a deep technical background. Documented experiences leveraging technology in coaching, training, or other business processes are equally important for success in this role.
Ambitious. You need to have high standards for yourself, your work, and your team. While this is an entry level Product position, your path to growth within our Product organization is only limited to your ambition and discipline in your process.
Naturally curious and never stop learning. You’re hungry for more knowledge and ideas, and able to show us how that improves the way you work. You think about what might happen in the most extreme cases, constantly digging deeper to learn more.
Think like a user. Everyone at TrainHeroic is expected to interact with our users directly. Through feedback submissions, using the apps yourself, and manual testing you’ll be the voice for our users. Your work helps ensure we set high standards for the best software experience possible.
Strategize. Work closely with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to build out clear test cases, document product performance issues, and work with the team to prioritize and fix any issues that arise.
Advocate. As a central voice of the coach and athlete on our Product team, you’ll diligently work to uphold the quality of our products, advocating on behalf of our users and beating the war drum of reliability and performance.
Hold the standard. Everyone on the product team is responsible for quality, but you’ll show them the way. You’ll lead the charge ensuring our high-performance software properly serves our high-performance coaches and athletes.
Move fast. We like fast. It’s the best way to get insights from users and make smart decisions as quickly as possible. Working with Test Automation and Product Management, you’ll create and execute test plans, bulletproof new releases, talk with users, and look at data to analyze trends for quality solutions.
Document and Communicate. Success in this role requires a high degree of discipline and process execution. As you perform tests on new and legacy functionality, your value to the team is only as good as your communication. Being detailed, thorough, and specific in your documentation is not just a best practice, it’s a necessity for success.
