The Customer Success Team is primarily responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by utilizing the MakeMusic line of products to help create successful educators, students and musicians. These temporary positions (multiple openings) will be responsible for answering questions, resolving product registration and account-related issues for the MakeMusic product line. This is an hourly paid position ($12/hour) working 40 hours/week from August - December, 2016.
