The primary purpose of this role is to manage and administer benefit programs and HR systems for Peaksware and its subsidiary companies. Related responsibilities include welcoming and educating new hires, maintaining HRIS systems & data, and compliance tracking and reporting. The HR Specialist works with employees, benefits carriers, insurance brokers, compliance agencies and vendors to help provide excellent Human Resources services to all employees.
